HappiStar Tips: パスワードを忘れた

Tried signing in to HappiStar but failed to enter your exact password?  Avoid having your account locked by the system by doing away with keying in wrong passwords multiple times. Do the following steps to regain access to your HappiStar account:

1. Click the Lost Password button.
2. Provide your username and email address.
3. Wait for the email from HappiStar indicating your new password.

Be sure that you do not share your username and password to anyone to prevent hacking. If you think that someone has access to your account, contact the support staff immediately. Should you decide to change your password, you can do the following steps:

1. Enter the Profile section.
2. Click the Personal Info button.
3. Go to Change Password.
4. Key in your desired password.

You also have the option to make other changes to your profile, except for your username, email address, and name. Just be sure that all the information that you will provide is true and correct. Otherwise, HappiStar will have to close your account.
